Daniel Osuala is an experienced architect, project manager and digital construction professional with Turner and Townsend. He has over 11 years’ career experience on multi-disciplinary and BIM related projects using an array of BIM tools and processes throughout the lifecycle of a construction project. He is currently involved in the delivery of a 12MW Data Centre for Rack Centre using Autodesk Construction Cloud. Prior to joining Turner and Townsend, Daniel worked as a Project Architect for Adeniyi Coker Consultants Ltd for over 5 years and was involved in the design and delivery of notable projects such as the 22-storey Centre Point Towers, Ikoyi and various luxurious villas in Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Nigeria, and a post-graduate degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He also received BIM training from the BIM A+ course work under the Erasmus Mundus mobility programme. Daniel is a registered architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, a member of BIM Africa, and a certified Project manager with the Joint Professionals Training and Support International.
