Knight Frank, the world’s largest independent residential and commercial property consultancy has announced the appointment of Frank Okosun as the new Senior Partner/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Knight Frank Nigeria.Okosun, according to a statement made available to The Guardian would replace Albert Orizu, who is retiring after 36 years of meritorious service.
According to the company, the investiture ceremony of Okosun as the new Chief Executive Officer scheduled for November, 28th 2019 at Eko Hotel & Suites, would be graced by corporate enterprise leaders, industry magnates, institutional stakeholders and other global real estate market personalities.
Until his appointment, Okosun served as a partner in the firm for about 15 years and takes over the leading estate firm at a significant epoch in the history of both the firm and the profession in Nigeria because he embodies the core values of the Knight Frank brand.
